2. As we know the Sahara Desert is the largest desert, but it was once very tropical. The Earth, every 20,000 years, wobbles a little bit and changes the position of the Sahara. Thus, making it a tropical paradise every 20,000 years!
3. Lincoln foresaw his own death. Lincoln had a dream that he was in the White House, surrounded by the sounds of crying, he walked down to the East room where he found a shrouded corpse, guarded by soldiers. He asked who had died, "the President" said a soldier, "he was killed by an assassin." Two weeks later Lincoln went to see Our American Cousin at the Ford Theater.
Good thing it does that for us, that sounds like it would be super painful.
