Review:
Blitzed was funny, romantic, and just plain fun. Alexa Martin is quickly making her way to one of my favorites when it comes to romantic comedy. There’s something about a humorous love story to keep you on your toes.
Max and Brynn were a decent couple. Although there were questionable times that I really felt like Brynn could step up for her man better. That’s just me though. I liked her and I love her bar HERS. If I went to bars, that would definitely be one I could find myself going to.
While I think Martin does well, (and is one of the faves, after all) this wasn’t my favorite book. The female friendships are what kept me turning the pages. The romance came second. I enjoyed most of the interactions but sometimes I felt underwhelmed with it all. Overall, good story and swoony hero!
