But the last relic nearly put Ivy in the grave—there's probably no coming back from this one.
Adrian's dark lineage has made him the most powerful of his kind, yet even his incredible abilities might not be enough now. Instead, the treacherous fate he has fought so hard to escape might be the only way he can save Ivy. Their scintillating bond has been tested before, but never with so much on the line. Now fate will come head-to-head against true love, and nothing they've endured can prepare Ivy and Adrian for the unthinkable choices they'll face…

Review:
Review:
After the second book, I didn’t know if I could continue with the last one due to the novel having that second book syndrome. You know what I’m talking about. But I’m glad I decided to continue on.
The third and final story for Ivy and Adrian has come to an a satisfying end. Much like the first two books in the trilogy —the duo must find the hallowed item that will ultimately defeat Adrian’s father, Demetrius, and save mankind. There’s a bunch of shenanigans and action-packed plot that pulled me in completely.
Ivy was, at times a hard character to love — at least in my eyes. Some of the decisions she made were idiotic but I eventually realized that maybe it wasn’t a flaw at all. Maybe, it was just part of her charm. I’m not one hundred percent sure I’ll ever be #TeamIvy but Adrian more than makes up for everything. He’s so damn awesome.
Overall, the trilogy as a whole is good. Frost’s storytelling has always been one of my favorites. It’s both engaging and intriguing to say the least. I know for a fact that any time I see a book of hers come out, I have to it. I may not read all her books right away but it doesn’t stop me from putting Frost on auto-buy. Readers, if you’re looking from something new to read, with a different yet interesting plot, this if for you!
